A: We can used all kind of fabric according to your design and usage to make the creative toys with you. Plush fabric, Long fur, organic cotton, Felt, Cotton Fabric etc.

Q: Can you do custom toys?
A: Yes, we provide custom service, professional designers and skilled workers are there in our factory. Commonly if you provide pictures of sample, we will do it.

Q: How about the logo?
A: We will make your logo by printing or embroidery method according to your requirement.

Q: What’s your production time?
A: Commonly it takes about 7 days to make a sample and bulk order above 1000 is about 25-30 days. If customers have own requirements about the time, we will try our best to meet their requirements.

Q: What is the MOQ of the toy?
A: The MOQ of the toy is 500 pcs or 1000 pcs, it is according the size of the toy.

Q: How can I get the sample?
A: After approved the design, material and printing or embroidery, You pay the sample cost, we will make the sample for you, give the photos of the sample once we finish it, if you feel okay, we will send the sample to you.

Q: How can I control the quality of the goods?
A: We have strict quality control in production process. You can arrange the third party inspection company come to our company to inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.

Q: What is your payment method?
A: T/T(30% deposit, the rest will be paid before shipment). The sample fee needs to be paid in one lump sum before sampling.
